GENERAL INFORMATION

Absence of Emergency: If illness or emergency prevents you from reporting, please call at 585-228-3222 after 8:30 am on the day you are to report.

Accessibility: If you have a disability and need accommodation, call 585-228-3222 or 1-800-662-1220 for relay call.

Court Hours: Court normally operates from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm., with a lunch hour and breaks throughout the day.  Court sessions rarely continue beyond 5:00 pm.  Courts are closed on all major holidays.

Electronics: Cell phones and other electronic devices may be used only in the main hallway where WIFI service is available.  They must be turned off during jury selection and trial. 

Meals: There is a mid-day lunch break everyday.  There are numerous restaurants located near the courthouse and, locally, in Warsaw.

Parking/Transportation: The court does not pay for transportation fares, parking fees or parking violations.  You may contact the Wyoming Area Transit Service if you need to arrange transportation at  1-585-786-6050 or 1-800-627-0481.   If the courthouse parking lot is full, additional parking is available where permitted on the side streets.

Security: Court Officers are stationed throughout the court.  Members of the public must pass through a magnetometer to enter.  Please arrive early and allow extra time for this process.

WHERE TO REPORT:

Jury selection is held in the Courthouse

on Route 19 in the Village of Warsaw

at 147 North Main Street.

The parking lot entrance  is located

off of West Court Street.  

 

Enter through the rotunda that connects

the Courthouse with the Government Center.
