To all GRAND JURORS summoned for jury selection on [MONDAY, MARCH 30th, 2020] your services as a grand juror is no longer required. You are no longer required to "call in" to our office line. Please note that you will be excused from serving for a period of six years. We thank you for your service and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may experienced during this unprecedented time.
We never call and ask you for personal information. NEVER give out personal information over the telephone.
Absence of Emergency: If illness or emergency prevents you from reporting, please call at 585-371-3916 or 1-800-836-0649 after 8:30 am on the day you are to report.

Court Hours: Court normally operates from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm., with a lunch hour and breaks throughout the day. Court sessions rarely continue beyond 5:00 pm.
Electronics: Cell phones and other electronic devices may be used in the jury assembly rooms and other waiting areas. They must be turned off during jury selection and trial. There is public access WIFI in the County courthouse.
Meals: There is a mid-day lunch break everyday. There are a good restaurants within walking distance from the courthouse. Vending machines are available in the courthouse however they are privately owned and may not have been recently filled.
Parking/Transportation: The court does not pay for transportation fares, parking fees or parking violations. Juror Parking: Parking for the Livingston County Courthouse is located in the Government Center Parking Lot located directly behind the Courthouse.
Security: Court Officers are stationed throughout the court. Members of the public must pass through a magnetometer to enter. Please arrive early and allow extra time for this process.
