NOTICE FROM COMMISSIONER OF JURORS
In light of public health concerns arising over the coronavirus, there will be no new jury trials commenced until further notice.
If you are a juror currently serving on a GRAND JURY, you ARE required to appear to continue your service. Please continue to call the District Attorney's Office for GRAND JURY reporting instructions.
If you received a Summons for STANDBY GRAND JURY service beginning January 5, 2021, please be aware that the purpose of your service is to be "on call" in the event that the current grand jury becomes compromised (falls below the quorum level). Should this happen, you will be asked to appear for grand jury selection. Please begin calling in on January 4, 2021 as instructed on Part "C" of your Summons.
In the meantime, please sign up for text and/or email alerts at nyjuror.gov. Please click on TEXT AND EMAIL ALERTS, and follow the instructions to update/verify your cell phone and email address.
If you have any further questions, please call 518-480-6330 or email email@example.com.
